Proof

Proof matters, but it has to be honest.

This section is reserved for public proof assets: case studies, implementation walkthroughs, and evidence-backed project explainers. The structure is live now so proof can be published as soon as permissioned material is available.

Public proof standard

Every future case study should include six things.

  • Business problem and operating context
  • Workflow or system built
  • Technical and governance decisions
  • Evidence of outcome or quality improvement
  • Related services and next-step relevance
  • Clear statement of what is redacted or withheld
Current limitation

No public client case study has been added yet because public proof should not be invented. Add the first permissioned case before treating this phase as fully complete.

What to review now

Until public case material is available, the best authority assets are the AI Readiness Framework and the service pages tied to real implementation patterns.

What to add next

A first permissioned case study with specific workflow scope, technical choices, governance boundaries, and evidence of result.

What not to do

Do not publish invented outcomes, fabricated client identities, or pseudo-case studies that imply proof that does not exist.
